We waited 2 months after we saw the landscapers doing our rough grade to call and follow up. The client services lady stated our rough grade was being resubmitted for inspection but nothing had been done in the past 2 months since it failed. She was very rude and at one point said, I guess you no more than me in a sarcastic tone. My husband called afterwards for further follow up since the information she gave me was conflicting.
