We moved into a San Rufo custom home two years ago and liked it so much that we asked John to build us another custom home in a location more desirable for us. I am disgusted by San Rufos customer service, and especially how the owner handle a situation. We had our fair share of ups and downs during the 1st year home warranty period as most people do, however; how we were treated at the end was unacceptable. Our rough grade basically got forgotten about after it didnt pass the first inspection. Due to our contract that states they may have up to a year to complete it, I was patient.
